Our client is an importer of commercial vehicles and its parts. Its team of around 10 people is mainly responsible for coordinating the corporate sales process between the workshops and the factory, logistics and deliveries. It has a network service of 9 authorized workshops in main cities in Bulgaria. Currently the company is in search of Accounting & After Sales Specialist.

Position Details

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for interim and annual closing of accounting records;
  • Prepare primary and secondary accounting documents and a trial balance;
  • Upload delivery notes in a dealer management system; download this virtual stock to create the invoices that would be transferred automatically in the background to the accounting system;
  • Be the primary contact for the Dealers & Distributors;
  • Order Entry into the SAP platform;
  • Create sales reports as per needs;
  • Maintain the database.

Job requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Very good German and English-both written and spoken;
  • University degree in related area;
  • Great organization skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent computer literacy.
