- Support in all e-mail and phone correspondence in both German and Bulgarian;
- Translations from and to German/English/Bulgarian;
- Support to the direct manager in communication with all internal departments of the company as well as with external clients/business partners/third parties;
- Preparation of reports and presentations required by the management;
- Organization of business meetings, corporate events, etc.
- Development and optimization of internal processes.
- Advanced level of German language (min B2); good knowledge in English would be an advantage;
- Excellent compute skills (MS Office);
- University degree;
- Previous relevant experience is not mandatory, but would be considered an advantage;
- Excellent organizational skills, proactivity and can-do attitude.
