For one of our clients – an international company, leader in the FMCG retail sector, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with German.

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Support in all e-mail and phone correspondence in both German and Bulgarian;
  • Translations from and to German/English/Bulgarian;
  • Support to the direct manager in communication with all internal departments of the company as well as with external clients/business partners/third parties;
  • Preparation of reports and presentations required by the management;
  • Organization of business meetings, corporate events, etc.
  • Development and optimization of internal processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced level of German language (min B2); good knowledge in English would be an advantage;
  • Excellent compute skills (MS Office);
  • University degree;
  • Previous relevant experience is not mandatory, but would be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactivity and can-do attitude.
