- Provide complete administrative support with planning and logistics of company’s management meetings, strategic sessions and appointments;
- Handle travel arrangements – Book flights and hotels in Bulgaria and abroad;
- Managing office space, property and office budget;
- Personally, accountable for office materials, petty cash and company assets;
- Systemize and delegate different types of e-correspondence and calls.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Previous professional experience on a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in MS Office.
