One of our clients, an American company offering a platform for electronic invoices – E-invoice, is looking for a Cloud Application Operations Center Engineer.
Ensure 24/7 monitoring of the platform;
Respond to all critical alerts – setting up, changing, responding to and managing;
Ensure smooth customer experience;
Monitor and alerting on issues;
Monitor and configuration the developed systems;
Coordinate Rapid response when necessary;
Follow up on action items once they are out of Rapid response mode.
1 + years’ experience in a 24/7 network operations center or technical support center;
Experience in monitoring large and complicated systems/infrastructures that handle tremendous load;
Experience with log collection and analysis, basic server metrics and/or performance monitoring;
You are calm and composed with a great ability to handle stressful situations, with quick prioritization, organization and executing on a plan;
You are smart with an Intellectual curiosity that motivates you;
Advantages will be considered as a plus: monitoring/alerting tolls such as New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana, VictorOps, StackDriver, Cloudwatch; to feel comfortable writing scripts in Ruby/Bash/Groovy/Python; Cloud operation technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and AWS; Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, Microservices.
