Position Details
Our client is а multinational pharmaceuticals company, serving clients around Europe. They are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Associate with German language to assist with order management and engage in B2B communication with the company’s vendors and clients across Germany and Switzerland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accept and process orders from pharmacies and clinics;
- Check and create returns, assess losses in storage value, and manage other credits;
- Provide inbound support for customers via telephone and written communication;
- Engage in outbound customer discussions to clarify customer concerns, as required;
- Invoice due credit notes in SAP;
- Collaborate and coordinate with sales, master data, quality, and complaints teams in Germany and Switzerland;
- Process day-to-day tasks in compliance with internal and external service level agreements.
Job requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Good knowledge of German and English;
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Commercial thinking, customer orientation, and a customer service mentality;
- Responsible work ethic, along with the desire and ability to work in a team;
- Strong communication skills.
