Position Details

Our client is а multinational pharmaceuticals company, serving clients around Europe. They are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Associate with German language to assist with order management and engage in B2B communication with the company’s vendors and clients across Germany and Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accept and process orders from pharmacies and clinics;
  • Check and create returns, assess losses in storage value, and manage other credits;
  • Provide inbound support for customers via telephone and written communication;
  • Engage in outbound customer discussions to clarify customer concerns, as required;
  • Invoice due credit notes in SAP;
  • Collaborate and coordinate with sales, master data, quality, and complaints teams in Germany and Switzerland;
  • Process day-to-day tasks in compliance with internal and external service level agreements.

Job requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service;
  • Good knowledge of German and English;
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Commercial thinking, customer orientation, and a customer service mentality;
  • Responsible work ethic, along with the desire and ability to work in a team;
  • Strong communication skills.
