For one of our clients – a leading provider of solutions and services for secure access to buildings – we are looking for a professional to take the position of Customer Support Export.

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Maintain daily correspondence with the company customers – verbal and written;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and
  •  Interactive communication;
  • Prepare and execute customer orders;
  • Assist the Sales department by preparing offers;
  • Solid knowledge of our product range to consult the customers.


Key Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills;
  • University degree is a must – Technical education is an advantage;
  • Excellent English – verbal and written;
  • Similar working experience;
  • Highly motivated person with good organizational skills;
  • Experience with an ЕRP system would be an advantage.
