Position Details

Job Description:

  • Determine technical requirements, resolving various issues, escalating cases to Second Level Engineers;
  • Execute organized and structured process for customer queries regarding provided services;
  • Ensure that clients receive technical service of highest level;
  • Support and maintain communication with clients via phone and e-mail.

Key requirements:

  • Excellent German and English language skills – both oral and written;
  • Proven customer-oriented attitude and communication skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Previous technical experience would be considered as an advantage /VoIP, DNS, DHCP/;
  • Availability to work on shifts.
