For one of our clients – a large well-known brand in the Automotive sector – we are looking for a Head of Sales.
Develop and lead a high performing, experienced sales team;
Set the new car sales strategy and sales performance in order to meet national sales targets;
Implement improvements to sales processes and promote best practices to ensure the best customer experience and maintain a strong working partnership with retail partners;
Manage relationship with retailer network working collaboratively on key sales challenges or opportunities, consulting on ways to maximize dealer profitability and supporting on change or incentive initiatives to widen reach;
Engage with a range of internal departments to optimize sales processes to ensure company maintains pace with market demands.
Experience on a similar managerial role from a large-scale business – preferably but not obligatory in the automotive sector;
Knowledge of retail markets, sales processes and systems, marketing concepts and implementation;
Knowledge of business management and B2B and B2C business models and their differences;
Ability to manage significant budgets;
Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and influencing, first class presentation abilities;
Ability to inspire and lead change;
Excellent level of English.
