For one of our clients – a leading global information services company, we are currently looking for motivated professionals to take the position of a Head of Software Delivery Center.
Responsible for the Management of Software Delivery & Support Resources within the Sofia Delivery Center, with direct management of those resources.
Improve the delivery processes, client satisfaction and profitability by providing an efficient and cost effective service and ensuring that any local improvement initiatives fit within global strategy and are subsequently recognized by the global team and globally implemented.
Provide business planning input and active participation to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Improve processes and procedures in line with Global Strategy, make recommendations in relation to technology and working practices. Prepare reports to justify process and communicate/implement changes.
Implement a team model to ensure that the appropriate management structures are in place to maintain staff motivation, productivity, development and morale.
Minimum 5 years management experience;
Experience of working in a customer facing environment;
Experience in technical company is a must;
Strong client management skills;
Financial Management skills;
Excellent level of English Language;
Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity processes, H&S, Information Security.
