For one of our clients – a multinational construction company, we are currently looking for motivated professionals to take the position of HR Generalist.

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Organize and manage recruitment and orientation process efficiently;
  • Prepare job advertisements and sharing on career platforms and with recruitment agencies;
  • Prepare job offers and finalizing the recruitment process;
  • Prepare monthly payroll and accruals;
  • Follow all personnel administration (social security registrations, personnel files, legal documents etc.);
  • Analyze training & development needs of employees and organizing requested trainings;
  • Proceed work permit and visa processes of foreign employees and shareholders.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments;
  • 4+ years of experience in general HR issues;
  • Excellent command of English;
  • Good command of MS Office;
  • Experience in payroll preparation;
  • Excellent communication skills.
