For one of our clients – a German company, with a newly established IT Hub in Sofia, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist.

Position Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist employment and HR best practice advice to management and staff on all HR issues as required;
  • Work with the business to identify training needs; develop inventions, source external courses and manage vendor relationships;
  • Provide advice and support in order to ensure the remuneration policy is adhered to and there is consistency across all areas;
  • Undertake a range of HR projects and generalist tasks;
  • Effectively manage the full range of employment issues from recruitment and selection to terminations;
  • Ensuring data integrity in HR systems and successful immediate and long-term resolution of any issues;
  • Primary point of contact for the business and HR colleagues for Payroll/HR Admin/HR MIS issues;
  • Ensure efficiency usages in HR systems as well as timely delivery of information to support the HR business partners and their clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experiences in HRM preferable;
  • Knowledge of the local labour, social & fiscal law;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Systems;
  • English language skill is a must. German is an advantage;
