Our client is an American product company offering cloud-based solutions for all HR functions at the companies. Currently they are expanding their Onboarding/Customer care team and looking for a Implementation Specialist to occupy the role in Sofia.
Gather and analyze client requirements;
Advise clients on system services available, identify and communicate issues/risks;
Support the success of client implementations through continuous testing and data validation;
Make configurations of the system as per customers’ specifications;
Create and update User guides/Internal training materials if needed;
Fluency in English;
Very good communication skills;
Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of CSV format;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills;
Proactive, creative, flexible and focus-oriented personality;
