Our client is an American product company offering cloud-based solutions for all HR functions at the companies. Currently they are expanding their Onboarding/Customer care team and looking for a Implementation Specialist to occupy the role in Sofia.

Position Details

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Gather and analyze client requirements;
  • Advise clients on system services available, identify and communicate issues/risks;
  • Support the success of client implementations through continuous testing and data validation;
  • Make configurations of the system as per customers’ specifications;
  • Train clients;
  • Create and update User guides/Internal training materials if needed;

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of CSV format;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills;
  • Proactive, creative, flexible and focus-oriented personality;
  • As advantages will be considered: knowledge of relational database (SQL), experience with ERP systems/HR web-based platforms, experience in customer support, skills in writing business documentation, basic notion of QA and programming;
