Inside Services Sales Engineer
Position Details
For one of our clients – an international company in the energy management sector, we are looking for an Inside Services Sales Engineer to join their team in Commercial entity in Sofia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effective pipeline management by analyzing, qualifying and proactively progressing the opportunities;
- Reacting quickly for all Customer Requests and Leads;
- Take inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer base;
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers;
- Develop new points of contact and potential account identified from marcom activities & campaigns, Services leads generated by Service engineers, Customer Care Center or other;
- Develop cross-selling between different Line of Businesses and upselling opportunities
- React quickly to on-demand requests from customers;
- Prepare Quotations for Services offers and communicate them to Outside Services Sales;
- Maintain the Installed Base data for customers;
- Document all records of customer interaction and activity;
- Answer customer questions and educates customers on all services.
Job requirements:
- Technical University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications or similar;
- Previous Services Sales or Customer Services experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Excel, CAD systems and other MS Office products;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Ability to cope with stressful situations and deadline pressures;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
