For our team we are looking for a  Junior IT Recruitment Consultant.

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Take active part in the whole recruitment process from applications’ pre-selection to final interviews with candidates;
  • Actively use social media channels to reach active, as well as passive candidates;
  • Come up with and implement innovative and original sourcing strategies to find the most suitable candidates;
  • Manage projects for certain recruitment campaigns – distribute tasks within the recruitment team, hold responsibility, maintain communication with the client and coordinate the whole process;
  • Represent BrightPoint in job fairs and recruitment events.

 Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Informatics or Computer Science;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Previous recruitment experience will be considered as an advantage;
  • Second language is an advantage;
  • Excellent computer literacy;
  • Proven analytical skills;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
