For the continuous success of their digital transformation services delivery to clients, they are looking for the help of a Lean IT Project Manager who will be part of the Next Generation transition within the structure.

Position Details

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as a lead for lean and automation programs and take the ownership of successful development and deployment processes;
  • Drive the application of lean methods, discipline and continuous improvement activities at all levels during 16 week waves (scoping, logistics, staffing);
  • Identify opportunities, properly analyze and support teams in the implementation cycle within constraints;
  • Be accountable for the quality of delivery;
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and training on lean concepts as well as tools to make navigators successful;
  • Detect, diagnose and escalate potential roadblocks during the running of a program management;
  • Organize problem-solving sessions and engage senior Improvement Manager when needed;
  • Prepare project presentations and lead meetings;
  • Interact with the local senior management and report to the Lean Senior Improvement Manager;
  • Act as a change leader, ensure all transformations will not have detrimental impact to the customer satisfaction and quality of service;
  • Be responsible for the achievement of lean and automation targets (in a timely manner);
  • Work within a team spread in different locations across the world;
  • Travel abroad at least 2 times per year.

Job requirements:

  • Proven Lean IT practice (5+ years in middle-managerial role – project / operations management);
  • Recognized professional in the field of Customer Service and Service Delivery within an IT environment;
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL process;
  • Excellent coaching, influencing and conflict management skills;
  • Previous experience in setting targets with teams;
  • Excellent written and verbal English language;
  • Able to work across different cultures, give and receive feedback;
  • Competent in project planning and analytics;
  • Comfortable to work with PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Ability to work under pressure in flexible manner;
  • Highly self-driven, motivated and energetic personality;
  • Considered as plus: possession of a Lean Yellow Certificate (minimum), experience in interpretation of financial / Profit & Loss reports.
