For one of our clients we are looking for Payment Specialist with Norwegian or Swedish.

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Receive and validate incoming invoices to meet legal requirements;
  • Perform connection with the Logistic Department in order to resolve issues like delayed payments, demurrage costs, additional charges, etc;
  • You will control invoiced amounts versus information in the system and communicates freight invoices with the Financial Department of the business unit and the carriers;
  • Collect documentation related to the transport and performs check for discrepancies;
    Keep clear record of all received papers and archives them accordingly;
  • Provide the BU employees with the necessary transport and logistics information and support;
  • Receive, analyse and accept/reject extra costs related to the transport.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous job experience in a related field would be considered an advantage;
  • Good level of English and excellent knowledge of Norwegian or Swedish;
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a plus;
  • Very good knowledge of Excel;
  • Good communication skills.
