For one of our clients – a large international company, we are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Operator to expand their team in Sofia.

This role is part of the company’s RPA Competence Center and responsible for robot optimization and exception handling.

The RPA Operator is responsible for scheduling the automated processes, optimizing the robot machine utilization and workload, monitoring performance and handling exceptions in the RPA production environment.

Position Details

Job Description:

  • Move the modelled workflows to production environment and schedule or queue them to robot machines;
  • Optimize the robot machine utilization and workload, targeting to service quality and cost-efficiency;
  • Co-operate with the RPA Technical Lead to adjust robot machine capacity to meet with the demand;
  • Monitor the RPA production environment performance. Raise issues and optimization proposals;
  • Handle issues raised in the service desk or by monitoring. Identify the problematic phase in the workflow and communicate with the robot’s business owner & developer. Take the workflow on hold when needed and provide information on the manual work needed to replace the robot’s work;
  • Document issue resolutions and propose development actions based on this data;
  • Develop and document best practices for operating software robots. Contribute to the RPA development best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant area;
  • Experience of software development work with excellent track record is an advantage;
  • Previous RPA development experience is seen as a strong advantage;
  • Understanding the RPA technology and the related software;
  • Understanding of RPA operations;
  • Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to handle issues in an efficient and systematic way, prioritizing based on the issue impact to business;
  • Ability to document the standard practices for RPA operation;
  • Adherence to CBS policies and processes to ensure consistent quality of service;
  • Ability to drive process improvement to continually improve service and reduce costs;
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills;
  • Strong coordination skills, capability to advance different tasks in schedule.
