For their sales team in Sofia, the company is looking to hire a Sales Engineer to develop and maintain close business relations with Industrial Segment Investors in Bulgaria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop an up-to-date knowledge of the market, customers, competitors;
- Act as door opener for the company with large and strategic players as Industrial facilities are;
- Identify and contact potential customers or prospects, either existing or new;
- Deploy sales actions with key account and partners: visits, presentations, events;
- Register and follow up closely with project opportunities;
- Coordinate actions with the rest of the organization (Sales, Marketing, Projects and Bid, Customer Satisfaction & Quality) in order to maximize project scope and successfully close all targeted project opportunities;
- Educate customers on all products and main scope in industrial automation offer with special attention on Recurring and digital Offers.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, focus on Industrial Automation would be highly preferred;
- Proven experience as Sales Engineer – minimum 3 years;
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills;
- Hunting attitude and strong result orientation;
- Team player and decision maker;
- Excellent English language skills (B2+);
- Driving license.
