We are hiring a Senior Manual QA Engineer for one of the widely known innovative companies /according to Forbes magazine/ and global information services companies. The employer provides data and analytical tools to clients around the world and helps businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers, automate decision making, understand and analyze their credit report and credit score and protect against identity theft. The company is a leading credit information services company, offers technical solutions for management of customer acquisition and retention, enabling its customers to adapt quickly to dynamic business situations, different regulatory environments and grow their business profitably.

The position is open in their Credit Services department that collect and analyze the credit histories of over one billion people and businesses through various systems and platforms. They sort information about the credit they applied for, whether or not their applications were successful, and how they paid the credit back. They turn this information into a credit report. These credit reports are used by businesses such as banks, automotive dealers, healthcare providers and retailers to help calculate credit scores and make decisions about lending and the terms on which to lend.

Position Details

Your work will be:

  • Design, develop and execute testing according to a defined test strategy in order to ensure product quality;
  • Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities;
  • Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved in a defect tracking system;
  • Execute test iterations, tracking/reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution;
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the SDLC;
  • Support production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing” during the off-hour’s maintenance windows.

You need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the QA field;
  • Skills in common languages like .Net, C#, C++, SQL, DB2;
  • Knowledge of SAS, MS Project, MS Vision;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Have desire and willingness to make automation testing;
  • Knowledge in any of the following testing disciplines: automation, regression, non-functional, functional, capacity, stress, use cases, scripts testing;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Any of the following will be considered as an advantage:
    • Experience in Automation, Regression, Non-functional, Functional, Capacity, Stress, Use cases, Scripts testing;
    • Experience with Automated testing tools;
    • .NET, C++, C#, SQL, DB2;
    • SAS, MS Project, MS Visio;
    • Agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
    • University Degree in a Mathematical, Computing or Science discipline.
