Our client is a fully licensed consumer focused private company operating in the banking sector in Bulgaria and Romania. Currently the company is challenging the established view of banking and is now focused on becoming a next generation digital lender. Meanwhile, they are looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Position Details

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV’s, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback;
  • Identify and manage respective sourcing channels incl. Job platforms, Universities, Recruitment agencies, Referral program, Passive applicants’ sourcing etc.;
  • Coordinate and/or participate in Employer branding activities related to talent acquisition, incl. media presence, Facebook, LinkedIn, career events, etc.;
  • Support multiple business areas with their recruitment needs, being quick to understand the demands of different teams;

Job requirements:

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience;
  • Excellent computer literacy (Outlook, MS office, digital sources, ATS);
  • Previous experience sourcing, pipelining or headhunting;
  • Very good English and Bulgarian – both written and spoken;
  • University degree in related area – HR, Psychology, Economics or other;
  • Great organization skills with attention to detail;
  • A strong team player – self-motivated with the ability to achieve results.
