We’re currently supporting one of our clients – a well-known and one of the biggest European technology-services company, in the settlement of their HR Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region. They’re looking for an expert to join their Recruitment team, which is going to be responsible for the German-speaking markets sourcing for IT job vacancies. You will join a dynamic and creative team that delivers intelligent candidate sourcing and selection to its internal customers in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (EMEA). You will work with both business managers and HR partners to identify, pool and engage the best talents to join the global organization.
As a Recruiter/ Sourcer, you will operate the core of recruitment services within the organization. Dedicatedly using a blend of market information and intelligence from hiring and recruiting partners, you will source, screen and pre-select the best applicants and cooperate closely with business leaders and on-site recruiters on a final candidate shortlist. Your service-oriented mentality will help you successfully to act as candidate liaison through the entire recruitment journey.
To be successful on this role, you’ll need a rich combination of sourcing experience, validated skills and personal attributes in hiring and candidate handling, having demonstrable experience inside of a recruitment or HR environment, dealing with some of the following: writing job descriptions and specifications, sourcing techniques, CV and candidate management, pre-selection and applicant assessments, and data management.
